Avid fisherman and guide Ed Fisk, of Fish Tales Guide Service, is familiar with the habits of local fish in the surrounding communities in which he lives. With his extensive angler knowledge and expertise, he continues to successfully fish the Northern California and Sierra Foothill Lakes providing our clients with an unforgettable fishing adventure. Our fishing guide service extends to the following lakes:

Fish Tales Guide Service is fully Insured - Bonded - USDA Forest Service Special Use Permitted for lakes in Tahoe and Plumas National Forests - California Department of Parks and Recreation Area - Area Use Permited for Lake Oroville - California Department of Fish & Game Guide License #11183.

Our goal is to provide a memorable fishing experience for the whole family so our fishing guide season typically runs from May through November, but we do fish year-round depending on the weather.
